Error while joining the node to the cluster (Get stuck in getting Private key)

If you have the following errors:

Getting Private key
mount_efs: isi_drive_d not responding
Aborting boot.
IFS failed to mount. Aborting boot.

Command Options:
1) Enter recovery shell
2) Continue booting

Failed to connect to REST server: This node not connected to cluster: [61] Connection refused

If you got errors that I was show you don’t worry what you need to do is reformat the node, and in gen6 node you don’t need any usb you can do it with the command “isi_reformat_node” and you get a factory node and then you can try to join the node again.

If you receive the errors in a brand new node, you can reformat without worry but if this node is in production, please contact your partner or DellEMC support.
